No, we only charge a small $19 daily facilities fees to help us cover the cost of free high speed wifi, pool towels, beach umbrella and chair sets, the heated pool, housekeeping upon request and other amenities. No large resort fee: just sit back, relax and enjoy your stay!

Yes, housekeeping is upon request. If you’d like your room refreshed by housekeeping, let us know by 11am for same day service completed between 4pm and 7pm.

As a small boutique hotel, we have limited space and prefer that boxes not be stored on property. However, the hotel will accept mail or packages under 20 lbs and less than two feet in diameter in a registered guests name within 7 days prior to the stay or during the stay. Any shipped items received will incur a $5 per-item storage fee, and large or heavy boxes cannot be accepted. Any item not retrieved during the guest's stay will be disposed of. Please note, the hotel assumes no liability for any mail or packages received.
